Windows Powershell kann nicht unter Vista64 installiert werden

Ich versuche verzweifelt, Powershell 2.0 auf meinem Windows Vista 64-System zu installieren. Ich habe KB968930 hundertmal heruntergeladen, aber wenn ich es starte, heißt es immer, dass ich es nicht mit meinem System verwenden kann. So etwas wie das Update ist für dieses System nicht geeignet (ich habe ein deutsches Vista ...).
Ich habe gegoogelt und viel versucht, ich habe Powershell 1.0 nicht installiert.
Ich habe also keine Möglichkeiten mehr.
Irgendeine Hilfe?

BEARBEITEN: Vista SP2 ist installiert und ich habe die richtige KB-Datei heruntergeladen.
