Hardwarefehler beim Brennen einer DVD

Ich habe Windows 7 und ein Sony Vaio VPCSA, aber ich könnte niemals eine DVD schreiben. Ich kann eine CD schreiben, aber wenn ich versuche, eine DVD mit Nero zu schreiben, schlägt diese nur mit einem Hardwarefehler fehl. Ich habe mir eine neue leere DVD + R gekauft und trotzdem den gleichen Fehler. Ich versuche mit einem anderen Programm eine ISO-Datei zu brennen und bekomme trotzdem einen Hardwarefehler.
