Zeitsynchronisierung mit NTP auf VMware Fusion VM

Ich habe eine Centos 6.9-VM in VMware Fusion mit deaktivierter Synchronisierungszeit erstellt und folgte diesem Dokument:

Ich habe jedoch immer noch das Problem, wenn ich die VM anhalte und wieder fortsetze. Die Uhr ist immer noch ausgeschaltet, da sie nicht automatisch neu synchronisiert wird.

Die einzige Möglichkeit, die Zeit zu synchronisieren, ist die Ausführung:

service ntpd stop;ntpd -gq;service ntpd start;date

Irgendeine Idee, wie man das beheben kann?

Ich entschied mich NICHT für NTP, sondern stattdessen Vmware Tools.
