Wie man zwei Videos mit ffmpeg multiplext

Ich konvertiere Videos mit der Option -s für mehrere Auflösungen und möchte am Anfang des Videos ein kurzes Intro einfügen. Aber aus irgendeinem Grund wird der zweite übersprungen, -ialso bekomme ich nur das Intro Opener_4.mp4ohne das Video hdvd.mkv.

Das Zusammenführen hilft mir hier nicht weiter, da das zweite Video vom Client hochgeladen wird und in vielen verschiedenen Formaten und Codecs (avi, mp4, mpeg, mpg, ts, mp4 ...) vorliegen kann. Mein ursprünglicher Gedanke war, beide zu konvertieren Videos zu mp4 und verbinden sie, aber dann habe ich ein Problem mit zwei MOOV-Atomen und es ist nicht für das Streaming geeignet Wie kann man 2 mp4-Dateien mit 1 Atom zusammenführen?
