Torrent pausiert Torrents und kann nicht weiterlaufen

Torrent pausiert Torrents nach einer Weile von selbst. Auf dem Server werden 3 Server ausgeführt, nur einer tut dies, aber ich kann nicht herausfinden, warum. Es stoppt nicht das Seeding auf einer Quote, es pausiert sogar Torrents mit 0,00 hochgeladen.

Ich kann nicht auf Start drücken und sie werden wieder ausgeführt. Ich muss sie entfernen und die Torrent-Datei erneut hochladen. Hier ist meine rtorrent.conf
