Ich habe einen Asus Lion Square gekauft, der mit einem AMD Athlon II X3 435- Sockel AM3-Prozessor kompatibel ist .
Ich weiß genau, das Lion Square gibt AM2 an, aber ich bin ein wenig verwirrt, da AM2 und AM3 vermutlich Socket-kompatibel sind (ich bin auch etwas verwirrt, aber ich vermute, dass ein AM3-Board AM2 / AM2 + unterstützt CPUs).
Wird es jedoch ein Problem mit der Chiphöhe und dem Abstand geben? Oder haben die Leute Erfahrung, ASUS nach einem Abstandsadapter zu fragen?
In case anyone else was wondering about this problem, it seems to work.
My guess is that the AM2/AM3 sockets are comparable since AMD, especially for heatsinks. Theres just a bar mount that goes across the socket.
Anyways, it worked for my situiation.
