"Neustart und Auswahl des richtigen Startgeräts" zum 2. Mal

Ich benutze Ubuntu 12.04 und Windows 7 schon länger. Vor ein paar Wochen bekam ich die Fehlermeldung, aber überraschenderweise konnte ich nach einigen Tagen wieder booten. Gestern ist es wieder abgestürzt.
