Linux und Intel 82599ES 10-Gigabit-SFI / SFP + -Verbindung sind immer inaktiv

Ich habe HP ProLiant DL360 GEN 9, wenn der Server startet, habe ich einen Link auf Intel 82599ES.
Nach dem Start von linux (Slackware 14.2 Kernel 4.4.19) ist die Verbindung nicht verfügbar (etwas wie spf-Leistung ist ausgefallen?).
Wie kann ich es reparieren?
