linux + ssh wird an SSH2_MSG_KEXINIT gesendet

Wir haben ein seltsames Problem, das wir nicht von einem Linux-Server auf einen anderen Server übertragen können, obwohl Ping funktioniert

Beim Debuggen sehen wir, dass ssh bei debug1 hängen bleibt: SSH2_MSG_KEXINIT wurde gesendet und nicht an SSH2_MSG_NEWKEYS empfangen

wie können wir das erklären?

bis jetzt haben wir folgendes geprüft

Port 22 - ist offen (durch Telnet verifiziert), Firewall ist gestoppt, ebenso bei iptables
