Laptop wird nicht aufgeladen, wenn er an eine Netzsteckdose angeschlossen ist

Ich habe diesen Laptop seit ein paar Wochen, es ist ein Sony Vaio.

Ich habe das Gerät vor einigen Tagen aufgeladen und das Netzkabel angeschlossen, aber es lädt nicht. Das Akkusymbol in der Windows-Taskleiste rechts unten zeigt an, dass es angeschlossen und aufgeladen ist, der Ladezustand liegt jedoch nie über 2%. Ich habe überprüft, und ich habe keinen nennenswerten Schalter am Laptop, also sollte der Akku geladen werden.

Wenn ich das Kabel abziehe, ist der Laptop innerhalb von etwa 30 Sekunden leer und der Gedanke, dass es sich um eine defekte Batterie handelt, wird weiter verstärkt.

Hat jemand eine gute Idee? Wenn dies nicht behoben wird, rufe ich Sony an und schicke mir einen Ersatzakku oder so.

Sounds like a faulty battery or charging cicuitry. One thing to try is to remove the battery, check the contacts on the battery and in the laptop where the battery goes. It may be unlikely, but possibly there is some contamination there.

The same thing happened to me with a Lenovo laptop.

It turns out the problem was a faulty battery.

Laptop batteries are notorious for wearing out long before you'd expect them to.

Unfortunately, if you take your laptop to an authorized Sony repair shop, they will charge you a fee to tell you what is wrong.

If you know someone who has the same model of laptop you can try their battery to see if it works, verifying the problem is the battery.

Alternately, you could take a risk and buy a new battery to see if that fixes the problem.
