Kali Linux Java

Joe

I actually want non-unique records, so duplicates. Is there a way to filter for duplicates using this method?
I'm a bit against this method as an end user who I'm not confident will remember to manually refresh to sheet will be using this in the end. Surely a CountIf should function on the sheet without hanging, right? Somehow?
@Varaquilex only users who haven't read the Windows Internals Book, like ElectronicGeek who downvoted the only correct answer, say that this is ok. Windows Internals stuff is rocket science and such users simply have **NO** knowledge and because of this they post and vote completely nonsense. You have a driver leak which you should fix and everything will be fine again.
@ElectronicGeek buy and read this book (Chaptor 10) before posting wrong things: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963901.aspx 4.5 GB in paged pool is way too much for a normal system. Your downvoting only shows me that you really have **no idea** what you talk about *facepalm* Shame on you.
Dammid. Didn't see that. Thanks
Standby doesn't slowdown the PC, it makes it **FASTER**. If you have slowdowns, they come from something else.
Just ran into this problem. What a joke. Thanks
What happens if they never open it and you manually download and open the version which you uploaded to DropBox? Or better yet, upload yours to dropbox, have the person retrieve it from dropbox, and email it to you, what would happen?
Yes, the corrupt files are the same length as the correctly downloaded one.
Is one of the folders/files below that particular folder owned by another user/group? Then he would not be allowed to change the permissions recursively.
Please add the type of router, review the copy of your hosts file and also check your dns settings.
This is quite embarassing but it seems my laptop has nor a hardware switch nor a BIOS option to turn the wifi off. I'm tempted to open a new question about this. (The machine is a Samsung NP-RV511 by the way).
What exactly do you consider "high level" network connections?
I was thinking that, because I got that error when I tried to recreate it on one of my own folders, but he never received an error message. It's almost like the server he's connected to isn't receiving all the instructions.
Updated it for current version, based on @JoeNahmias sample, but seems that I can't fully read the variables in the code or create a temp incremental value within the loop (Prompting for next numbered CD...).
Most importantly though, the 'Set FileName=%PathName%\%BookName% CD%%N.mp3' line comes out blank...
Updated my original code and put comments on what isn't working.
What OS are you referring to?
You should be able to get to the bios settings with the F2 key as stated here: http://support-us.samsung.com/cyber/popup/iframe/pop_troubleshooting_fr.jsp?idx=166758&modelname=NP-RV511I&modelcode=NP-RV511-A01US&session_id=&from_osc=
Good job. I'll remove the comment now...
As a user, you will likely notice that most users who deal with huge workbooks with large amounts of calculations would go insane if they didn't have Manual Calculations turned on. Your productivity increases because otherwise, you have to wait for calculation times as you're working. When you need data refreshed, you often just refresh the worksheet (or even range) that you're interested in. It's a necessary evil, and you quickly get used to it.
@Ramhound, that's incorrect. There are many reasons that it could fail without active filtering. See Sammich's answer and response.
What did you expect Google Maps to do without javascript?
Regardless, have you tried this method to see if it's causing the issue?
Of course, I do manage to get into the BIOS setup, but once there I can't find any option to turn off the wifi.
Great, this is exactly what it was! How weird. Also didn't realise you could only see 'Open Files and Ports' when the process was in action. I always killed it and then looked at the popup!
The key problem is driver: `driver=nl80211`. I'm not sure that iwl4965 compatible with nl80211. I catch an error: `nl80211: Could not configure driver mode nl80211 driver initialization failed.`
Ah, I didn't realize there were software solutions to this nowadays. Thanks. I also found an article talking about this at http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/why-you-no-longer-need-a-kvm-switch-for-your-multi-pc-setup/ Thanks a lot
Are the low battery and reserve battery level warnings even different? Whats more likely is your battery is discharging from say 11% to 7%. Are you using the OEM software to manage the charge or just windows?
1. Can you make TCP connections on the local network? For instance, can you load your home gateway's web admin UI in a web browser? 2. If you can ping a certain Internet host, try pinging it with full-sized frames and with the "Don't Fragment" bit set, in case there's an MTU problem where small frames are getting through, but full-sized frames are getting dropped. 3. Are other computers on the same network able to use the Internet fine?
@barlop Uh, I don't believe that you're quite clear on my situation. I did the reorganization after my Internet went out. So, the copy on the Dropbox servers is the unorganized one.
@Zoredache, Perhaps an error message. Or anything instead of showing a broken Google **Search** page.
Tried that one too. No dice. The subnet on the network is 192.168.1.1 so I assigned it 192.168.1.5.
@Spiff cannot connect to ANY website. I am able to ping things like google.com and 8.8.8.8. I will try your idea when I get home.
@Spiff Yes other computer get on the Internet with no trouble. All passing through the same gateway. They also get their DHCP leases from the same router. One is a laptop with Win 7, the other is an XP box.
@Ramhound What I am referring to is anything higher than ICMP protocol.
This resolves the issues when saving and filtering, but when calculating, I still have a "Calculating: (4 proccessor(s))" message at the bottom that takes ages to complete. Using "Calculate Now", I can at least click about and it stops the calculations, but that's not really better.
@Rudolph The type of router is a WRT54G-v6 with DD-WRT firmware. The DNS servers are set to OpenDNS, I have also used Google Public DNS.
@user319810 yes I understand that.but what i'm saying is,doesn't dropbox ALSO have an archive of all ur files/folders from before you did the reorganization. One reads that "By default, Dropbox saves a history of all deleted n earlier versions of files for 30 days"So let's say you had the Internet up to the middle of the 2nd of april.During the 2nd of april u lost Internet access.u reorganized things on dropbox on the 10th April.Dropbox had that. Then you got net access on the 13th.Sadly Dropbox got that. But maybe dropbox ALSO has a copy of how all your files were from the 10/11/12th Apr
I did not run MalwareBytes, because the machine has a paid AV (NOD32) on it. While I did not consider malware as possibility I will return to the possibility and try running MalwareBytes. If suspect viruses I usually do run that. I ran NOD32 sys rescue CD/USB in WinPE mode. That way NOD32 has 100% access to the FS nothing is locked or in use. In that mode the system was able to connect and download updates from the update server. NOD32 found nothing.
Unfortunately I don't have the option to disable but can Disable it as a playback device under the Sound menu which still maintains the bluetooth link I think. I think un-pairing is the only way I am going to be able to get this working.
Yes; You should update IE even if its been disabled. Yes; There are security concerns if you don't.
This is an excellent answer; you might want to consider posting it again in [the linked question](http://superuser.com/questions/268029/how-can-i-disable-smart-indentation-in-emacs-and-force-either-spaces-or-tabs).
http://bit.ly/1ojGg5d for a cheap PCIE soundcard
@Richie086 Every thing seem to be working fine fir now. I also checked temperature. Its around 30-35 which is very safe I think.
Simply, No I do not. As I stated in my answer, there is no way to know what was damaged and the results may not show right away. You can take your chances and replace them as they fail. One thing you need to do first is buy a good surge suppressor which includes all connections.
Don't most of these Motorola modem's give this information by just opening up the gateway address in a browser? Typically 192.168.1.1, and then that page might have other sub-pages, one of which offers these stats - probably formatted as html.
This looks like files from Microsoft Office. Remove office completely. Are the files gone?
I have one.. last time the same thing happened I had to only replace the fuse. But this time no luck. also does getting a UPS protect me from lightning and power surge?
Possible duplicate. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3185457/why-doesnt-this-pattern-work-in-egrep
No, bittorrent isn't designed to do that. it just distributes files, it cares not how they are organized internally, so theres no clear predictable relationship between a block of data and the portion of content that it contains.
@Richie086 Thank you very much. I really appreciate your help. I will go and get a sound card and ups tomo.
Have you tried using the "Choose Format From Cell..." option to populate the search format? It is in the drop-down menu next to the Format button on the Replace tab.
Depends on the UPS. Most do, but they have protected and unprotected outlets on them. Look closely at what you buy. Remember, cheaper isn't always better when it comes to protecting your equipment.
Are you able to try it in a newer version of Excel? I was able to search for and replace cells containing that same fill color in Excel 2013.
One last question how can I differentiate a protected outlet for an unprotected one?

Is this a laptop? If so, the ATK Package is one thing you probably want to keep. Uninstalling it will disable the "Fn" key and all of the secondary functions.
What kind of limits are you running into? This isn't a very practical thing you are attempting to achieve. Perhaps purchasing a less limited version or finding another piece of software is a good idea.
Sounds like it could be adware/spyware running in the background, or for a less malicious hypothesis, maybe just a broken keyboard/mouse. It may be worth running a quick check with Spybot S&D (or another comparable program), just to eliminate the first prospect.
@PeterFitzgerald: yes, it's a laptop. I'm trying to **reinstall** the ATK Package but I can't since it already is installed.
Try disabling the "Start Navigation" sound in Windows and see if that helps, if so, it's most likely a web page (or something) causing your browser to redirect/refresh.
Of course, Mozilla Firefox is not Google Chrome. Unlike Google, Mozilla supports one to two previous releases of their web browser, and they make all previous versions of the browser available for easy download through their FTP server.
Is the ATK Package not listed in the list of Programs and Features in the Control Panel?
Based on the behavior is sounds like you have a HDD failure. I would clone the drive if its possible restore the image to a new hdd.
No, there's only 'Windows Driver Package [...]' and I assume it's not a good idea to uninstall that.
The ATK folder located in C:\eSupport\eDriver\Software\ASUS contains the installer for the version that you DO want. If you were to delete anything, it would be the ATK folder located in C:\Program Files.
This is very neat! It's much easier than the `about:config` method. Even though both methods do the same thing, I would prefer this one.
There is no ATK folder in `C:\Program Files\Asus`. Where exactly did you find it?
Try running the Asus automatic update program. It should detect the missing ATK driver and prompt you to restore it. I went through this same thing when trying to de-bloat my Asus Zenbook but I don't have it with me right now so I can't be too specific.
How about an encrypted keystore file, using something like `openssl enc -aes-256-cbc` ?
let us [continue this discussion in chat](http://chat.stackexchange.com/rooms/14332/discussion-between-rubengeert-and-peter-fitzgerald)
@Styler I would then question why exactly you would want to keep AES-encrypted data under version control (not to mention the random nature of the data would be highly inefficient for most VCS programs, and any differences between commits would just look like a large amount of random data).
I dont want to, but the CI tool doesnt allow files to be stored locally, and I need to give the build tool on that box a keystore.
They are typically marked on the unit itself if they are different.
Yeah, what you are describing looks an awful lot like a power problem.
@Styler admittedly, this is now getting out of my depth/field. If you're just doing this for **development** and not production, using a test keystore, or providing maybe a *default* with the code, then perhaps you can justify including it. I just feel it's important to stress that including credentials in version control is bad practice, both due to the security risks, and inefficiencies of version control dealing with binary data.
`iwl4965` is not supported by `hostapd`

`And this` is supposed to screw into the case to ground it.
So what's the solution? If you can't change the welcome message, is there a way to still scp?
@FrankThomas I get the message that psexec is not recognized command. Where should it be so that I modify PATH or just write whole path to the executable...
Before you invest in a bridge, you might consider an external wireless adapter with an external antenna. That might boost your reception a bit.
That certainly sounds like a plan worth looking into. Thanks for the comment Ron.
yes it is a Technet utility: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897553.aspx
Well, actually, it's possible and simple to map Bittorrent pieces to specific parts of the file, it's just I don't know of any bittorrent program that actually does this. I think the bigger issue is how to map a part of a file reliably to a specific range of time in a video - it would require the Bittorrent program to know about a myriad of video codecs and such, or trust the file/torrent itself to be tagged with that information. This is more complicated if the video is in some sort of archive format.
@Ramhound would you suggest running a SMART test on the drive? It's less than a year old and has a 5 year warranty, I'll at least be able to get it replaced.
@PlasmaHH, I think that Windows AD would probably blow a gasket at the length though I agree with the sentiment. Of course, I wouldn't want to type it in more than once a year!
Please read [how to ask a good question](http://superuser.com/help/how-to-ask). 讲清楚帮助别人明白你说什么。
No, they give 1 page of data at http://192.168.100.1/cmLogs.htm. It gives you no signal data on that page.
it is unlikely that malware is the cause of your issue.
@Superbest, you've made an important point about things seeming to be secure/random when they are not. The only truly strong password is a random one. However, we do need to sometimes compromise in order to deliver workable systems.
It gives me error that the command is incorrect, here is some rows from the actual file `59.127.58.91 58.143.123.98 58.143.123.98 59.126.198.116 59.126.150.163 1.34.74.29 59.127.58.91 59.126.122.62 59.126.133.41 58.140.118.34 59.126.29.102 58.143.123.98 58.140.118.34 89.201.51.254 58.143.123.98 59.126.162.108` each IP on its own row.
Unfortunately, this is not a panacea either. Smartcards rely on a rock solid PKI, something that is notoriously difficult to implement let alone maintain for any period of time. They also tend to be secured with a PIN for access instead of a strong pass phrase, this also weakens them. Of course, they do provide a second factor which helps a lot.
I have a number of them, most of which aren't true "Services" that show up in the Windows Services window, those I have been able to switch over to the new user. An example of some service-like programs I have are No-IP or Plex Media Server just to name 2 of them.
So why would a previously functioning HDD succumb to the exact same error as soon as the system had been booted with the other HDD. Could the faulty HDD have affected the laptop BIOS? That's the only alternative I can think of.
Unfortunately, this is a somewhat dangerous set of assumptions. Long passcodes are more secure but maybe not that much if the phrase itself can be guessed or is likely to be used commonly by other people. In your example, if the phrase you use is relatively common, it might well be less secure than the random set of characters and symbols that are shorter. That is why password complexity checkers that are just based on length and complexity are false. Only checkers that are backed also with word and phrase lists are in any way useful.
SO i did run spybot sd and malwarebytes. Looks clean there. I also turned off the start navigation sounds in Explorer. So we shall see if it resurfaces.
a dying motherboard or power supply spring readily to mind. I'm not saying you are wrong, but what you describe wouldn't fit any modern commercial malware, since you can't do anything bad with an offline pc.
Perhaps because the question is a little odd. if you accidentally add a sheet, delete it again. If you really want to go to town, write a macro that overloads the SAVE function and deletes any empty sheets before saving the workbook. Rather serious overkill though just to cope with an occasional slip of the finger.
It's because it is such a strange question I think.
They are integers.
I insert and it doesn't expand the selected data.
Are they values or formulas? Have you tried copying column A and the COUNTIF into a new workbook (paste values and paste formulas only, respectively).
Column A is values. I've copied the entire set of columns up to the COUNTIF into a new workbook, then added the COUNTIF column and experienced the same issue.
What version of excel are you on?
I am on MS Excel 2010 on Windows 7.
Could you post a link to the workbook? I think I'll have to check it out to help debug this issue further.
Unfortunately, no. The worksheet contains sensitive data that can't be posted openly. My apologies.
Hmm. Try copying just the column A cell values into another workbook (as in not the whole column). Then build in the COUNTIF in the new workbook.
Still takes ages to update.
Have you done text to columns on the data to make sure there aren't strings in the data?
I have no idea what we do for a firewall, but that did it. Thank you very much! If you'd care to put it in as an answer, I'd be happy to mark it correct.
That's great! So, extrapolating, in order to create an icon in the Apps screen that's called Process Explorer, I just create a shortcut to procexp.exe and pin that to the start bar. Thanks!
@JulianKnight: I have been using passphrases for lots of things since the 90s and I must say that at least for me it is quicker to type in the wohle sentence than to think about which is the next letter, what case, what 1337tification, and what was special in this particular password requirement schemes.
I'm not sure what that is or how it might help. Could you explain?
Highlight column A, click Data ribbon tab, Text to Columns, click Finish. It will convert any text values to numbers if they're numbers.
Probably not, generally your only option is to change ISP's, or upgrade your service with them.
It can't hurt the drive. Just be warned even if it passes those S.M.A.R.T tests does not mean there isn't a problem thats not being detected.
No there are still there!
you need to do it only to your main page.
In theory if the malware attempted to encrypt the drive and by doing so because of the age of the hardware that process failed it might be explain. But if that were the case it wouldn't have been on purpose. Boot sector infections are extremely rare, like you can count the number on one hand, when your dealing with thousands of new infections **daily** you can understand how rare they really are.
No real difference.
Sounds like you might need to repair excel.
Thank you. I will raise a support request with MS themselves tomorrow and see how they advise/respond. I will report back with my findings.
This searches all files. Also files that are not .php files.
Made me laugh ;)
At the top level page (just 192.168.100.1) can you view the source and look for other hidden page links?
Exactly how are each machine's IP setting set? What are you doing to get the "Invalid IP address" message? What exactly have you tried already in attempts to fix this?
if the drive is fine, I'd just re-install windows.
And how do you tell the computer that mycompany.intranet goes through the VPN and apple.com doesn't?
Weird what it ended up being -- for others that stumble here (unrelated to font issues) -- you can also try "/Uninstall /Force" from the command line -- might also be a "/Repair /Force". Additionally, you may want to vote on this feature: https://visualstudio.uservoice.com/forums/121579-visual-studio/suggestions/3487794-create-a-remove-all-remnants-of-visual-studio-fro
You've highlighted a problem prevalent in enterprise environments where IT think they know best and set restrictive password rules that actually make things worse not better. It's important to allow people room to use a strategy that works for them not one set by techies (of which I am one of course!)
I think that the apps part is actually the old start menu! I'll update the answer with the correct location.
Why not log onto dropbox.com and delete the unorganized files, then install Dropbox and copy paste the organized files into it.
i'd also try searching for another image editor, there are tons you can google.
I searched updates too (I have noticed the installed acting as update). I will search again more carefully.
A newer version would probably help, unfortunately this is my work machine, not much i can do about that.
Open run "Win" + "R" then type "ipconfig /release" on both your computers, see if it helps.
yes, it should be fine. your laptop going to 100 CPU usage is not normal, and you should address that issue before you decide to purchase another laptop if it's only because of this reason. Suggestion, try another browser, reinstall Flash.
I think because it isn't connected, I can't release my ip. "No operation can be performed on WI-FI while it has it's media disconnected. An error occurred while releasing interface Ethernet: an address has not yet been associated with the network endpoint"
If you lower the resolution does the performance get beter?
The current Core i3 will definitely be able to handle 1080p, and in a lot of case provide hardware acceleration (for Flash) which will use very little CPU resource.
Brilliant! I'll have to check this out this evening! I'll update with my results!
can you please take your time and explain exactly what you're looking for, this is so vague. `you need to get at it` means what exactly?
I have a Dell Vostro 3500 myself with a first-gen Core i3 (380M I think) and the same resolution (1366x768), and I can play Full HD videos just fine
@teenup Which Windows version do you have?
I'm confused how I can distinguish the OLD backup from the NEW. You can see in the last few lines that it changes the name of the NEW backup by calling the date/time... so if I call that current date and time in the next line (also adding an 'if' for a conditional delete), won't the date/time be wrong? DelOld.exe is kind of messing with the whole process, which I have no control over.
Windows 7 Ultimate
@MaxRied Actually, [it's not ridiculous at all](http://batteryuniversity.com/learn/article/how_to_prolong_lithium_based_batteries).
Those are external ips. How are your computer connected? Connect your computers to each other via a switch or router, or a crossover cable.
Is it something to do with a filter driver that hooks the mouse ISR?
Yes it is. There is little advantage but a lot of problems. Li-Batteries suffer less from being fully charged than from discharging entirely. If you remove 20% of its capacity artificially, it will be deep-discharged about 20% early, more often. Besides, this ruines the batterie stats. You won't notice when its capacity drops downto 80%, but when it reaches this point. You're battery won't live longer, you just get used to an broken battery before it actuall got down to 80%.
@Martin I'm just using a normal ethernet cable, not a cross-over cable. But I've read it should work.
Why do you use `-T default`? What are the contents of `/etc/mke2fs.conf` ?
Just try executing `mkfs.ext4 -L backups /dev/sdc1`
It was defaulting to 'floppy', presumably because the inode count was so low (zero).
Can you try `mkfs.ext4 -L backups /dev/sdc1` ?
Yes @JacobJanTuinstra
I didn't have latest flash player installed on the laptop. It worked at 5% CPU consumption after installing it.
@Martin That command gets rid of any DHCP-assigned IP addresses, setting them to `0.0.0.0`
Samba\Windows Shares are not very effective to copy files. FTP is a lot faster.
@Martin Those aren't external IPs, they are self-assigned (like those you get when you don't have a DHCP server or there is a problem auto-configuring)
Same result: $ sudo mkfs.ext4 -L backups /dev/sdc1 mke2fs 1.42 (29-Nov-2011) mkfs.ext4: inode_size (128) * inodes_count (0) too big for a filesystem with 0 blocks, specify higher inode_ratio (-i) or lower inode count (-N).
@Sickest I also added this images but I have not enough reputation for add image (it requires 10 reputation). Thanks for edit.
I see, then check Daniel's answer, maybe that will help
What is this? `May 3 16:44:07 jaredSatelliteL650 NetworkManager[788]: Policy set 'c:/virus.exe' (wlan0) as default for IPv4 routing and DNS.`
The girlfriend decided to name our wifi network 'c:/virus.exe' (-_-)
That's pretty funny, if rather mean!
@slhck My mistake.
omg, that was it. I thought that because this wasn't going to be a boot drive, that it shouldn't be a primary partition. Thanks!

@edvinas.me I didnt comment either way on the effectiveness of windows shars/samba, but if the only thing OP has done is to turn on sharing in windows, that is how he can access those shares. There's no magic FTP connection, that has to be set up.

Sie müssen das Archiv angeben (so erhält es die Klassen). Um den Aspekt "pro Klasse" anzugeben, ändern Sie das Codeattribut.

<!-- that is swjahd.class is your class; you still need to get that class. Jar files are how that is done. --> <applet archive="jar file" code="swjahd.class"
