ffmpeg dreht sich nach Aufnahmeende sehr schnell

Mit ffmpeg aufnehmen wie folgt:

ffmpeg -f alsa -i pulse out.flac 

und mit der qTaste aufhören . ffmpeg Ausgaben wie

video:0kB audio:142kB subtitle:0kB other streams:0kB global headers:0kB muxing overhead: 5.694811%

und schnell drehen. ffmpeg frisst einen ganzen CPU-Kern und endet auch nicht, wenn eine Stunde vergeht. Dann out.flacist das erledigt. Es gibt kein Problem, auch wenn ffmpeg mit Strg + C und Strg + C getötet wird.

Aber ich hoffe, ffmpeg sanft beenden ...
