Falsches Tastaturlayout nach dem Start von xfce

Wenn ich meinen Laptop starte (Debian instabil, Xfce), ist das Tastaturlayout falsch und es wird das US-Tastaturlayout verwendet, obwohl die physische Tastatur deutsch ist.

Wie kannst du es auf Deutsch setzen?

Die Einstellung ist deutsch

und es behauptet tatsächlich, dass es das deutsche Layout im xfce-Tastaturlayout-Schaltfeld verwendet. Dieses Panel lügt jedoch und verwendet das US-Layout, bis ich zu US und zurück wechsle.
