Wie installiere ich die Setup-Tools und alle zugehörigen Elemente vollständig neu?

Das System der Setup-Tools scheint nach der Wiederherstellung nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Und zweifellos haben meine Versuche, es wiederzugewinnen, es noch schlimmer gemacht.

Jetzt suche ich nach der Option "Nuke the site from orbit".

Ich habe bereits ein "Complete Removal" von Python-Setuptools in Synaptic durchgeführt

Hier bin ich gerade:
