Sind iBooks ePub-Dateien verschlüsselt?

Ich habe versucht, eine iBooks ePub-Datei mit Adobe Digital Editions zu öffnen ... und es kam mir wie 100 leere Seiten vor. Ist dies ein Zeichen dafür, dass es verschlüsselt ist, und wenn ja, wie entschlüssele ich es in Klartext?

Yes. In iTunes, they show as Protected Books, which would imply DRM, and can only be opened using iBooks on a Mac or iOS device.

There are tools which can remove this DRM, and can be easily found using google.
