Perl-Modul kann nicht in Ubuntu-Subsystem unter Windows 10 Pro installiert werden

Nicht sicher, ob ich eine Einschränkung des Windows-Ubuntu-Subsystems oder etwas anderes erlebt habe. Ich habe versucht zu installieren sudo cpan install HTTP::Server::Simple::CGIund es wird ein Fehler ausgegeben.

Wenn Sie den gleichen Befehl auf meiner nativen Ubuntu-Box ausführen, wird keine Fehlermeldung angezeigt, sondern nur installiert.
