Outlook-Regeln: Genaue Übereinstimmung der Betreffzeile

Ich versuche, eine Regel in Outlook einzurichten, die E-Mails sucht, die eine genaue Übereinstimmung in der Betreffzeile enthalten.

Zum Beispiel würde ich möchten, dass diese Regel nur für E-Mails mit der Betreffzeile "Hi there" gilt und nicht "Hi there Charlene" oder "bla bla bla bla hi".

Derzeit scheint es, als würde Outlook die Betreffzeile analysieren und feststellen, ob sie die Zeichenfolge enthält. Ich brauche es, um nur eine genaue Übereinstimmung zu finden.

Yes. You can do that using the "Advanced Find" tool. Click to the search box above messages and use the "Search Tools -> Advanced Find" on "Search" ribbon tab to open the Advanced Find dialog. On the dialog, select the "Advanced" tab. Now click the "Field" button and select the "All Mail Fields -> Subject", select the "is (exactly) as a condition and specify required full subject as a value. Now click "Add to List" button and then "Find Now".
