Unable to resolve hostname means that the domain you were trying to connect to doesn't actually exist. If it's a home computer and you don't have your own domain set up, then your best bet would be to simply use your IP address (you can find your IP address by going to http://whatismyip.com/ from any computer in your house).
If you have a router, then the IP above is your external IP address, and you would need to forward port 22 in your router to port 22 on the fedora computer.
