Sharepoint App Fabric-Installation in der Startschleife

Ich versuche, Sharepoint 2016 unter Windows Server 2016 zu installieren, und ich habe Probleme mit dem Voraussetzungsinstallationsprogramm App Fabric.
Der vorausgesetzte Installer möchte keine Verbindung zum Internet herstellen, um die Datei herunterzuladen.

Error: InternetOpenUrl failed (0X80072F07=-2147012857) 

Laut Foren ist dies darauf zurückzuführen, dass ein Kontrollkästchen aktiviert wurde, um zu warnen, dass zwischen dem sicheren und dem nicht sicheren Modus gewechselt werden soll. Das Kontrollkästchen war jedoch bereits deaktiviert.
Als Nächstes entschied ich mich, das Ding manuell mit cmd und erneut mit dem Prerequisiteinstaller zu installieren, also legte ich das Exe in das Stammverzeichnis von Laufwerk C: und führte den folgenden Befehl aus:

prerequisiteinstaller.exe /appfabric:c:\WindowsServerAppFabricSetup_x64.exe 

Und es schien, als wären wir weg. Beim Extrahieren der Dateien wird jedoch nach einem Neustart gefragt, was von mir ausgeführt wird. Anschließend wird der gesamte Vorgang neu gestartet, und am Ende wird erneut nach einem Neustart gefragt. Dieser Prozess wird unbegrenzt weitergehen, wie ich herausgefunden habe. Ich habe den Befehl gefunden, der nach einem Neustart ausgeführt wird. Dies ist derselbe Befehl wie oben zu installieren, jedoch mit einem / continue-Schalter hinterher. Also habe ich auch diesen Befehl ausgeführt und die Reboot-Kette wird fortgesetzt.
Irgendwelche Ideen, wie ich diese irritierende Software installieren kann?
