Es scheint, du hast eine Pleite easy-install.pth. Die einfachste Lösung wäre, es aus der Existenz zu nehmen. In einem Terminal laufen Sie:

sudo rm /Library/Python/2.6/site-packages/easy-install.pth

Dies hat jedoch den Nebeneffekt, dass Sie die installierten Pakete erneut installieren müssen easy_install.

Übrigens, probier pip - es saugt nicht so viel.

pip ist ein Tool zum Installieren und Verwalten von Python-Paketen, z. B. im Python Package Index.

pip ist ein Ersatz für easy_install. Es verwendet meistens die gleichen Techniken zum Auffinden von Paketen, daher sollten Pakete, die easy_installable sind, auch über Pipe installiert werden können. Dies bedeutet, dass Sie pip install SomePackage anstelle von easy_install SomePackage verwenden können.
