Kontakte werden in der Personenanwendung dupliziert

Ich habe ein Problem aufgrund der Anwendung People in Windows 8, die meine Kontakte dupliziert, aber ich kann sie sowieso nicht löschen, da ich nur bearbeiten kann. Bitte schau dir mein Bild unten an: enter image description here

Genau das mache ich letzte Nacht:

  1. Melden Sie sich bei der Web-E-Mail-Adresse outlook.com an (ich verwende ein Live-Konto) und gehen Sie dann zu Personen
  2. Wählen Sie ein Google-Konto, um eine Verbindung herzustellen

Dann ging ich zur Windows 8 People-Anwendung. Ich fand meine Kontakte doppelt (2 Personen pro Kontakt). Ich habe versucht, sie mit den anderen zu verbinden, aber das erlaubt mir nicht. So entferne ich die Verbindung zwischen Live und Google, ändert sich nichts.

Ich bin traurig, habe aber versucht, die Verbindung wieder herzustellen, nicht glücklicher, aber meine Kontakte waren doppelt vorhanden (3 Personen pro Kontakt anstelle von 2 Personen wie zuvor).

Ich vermutete, dass etwas zwischengespeichert wurde, also starte ich das Windows neu. Ich war wirklich schockiert, als meine Kontakte nun 4 Personen für jeden Kontakt waren. Es ist so schlecht.

Kann mir irgendein Körper dabei helfen?

Hi Khaotik,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Windows Community. I understand that you are unable to delete duplicate contacts in the People App. Do you have multiple accounts configured that have the same contacts?

  • Method 1 If you only have the Microsoft account, then try deleting the duplicates by following the steps in the below link: http://contacts.live.com

  • Method 2 I would suggest you to uninstall and re-install people App and see if that helps. a. Right click on People App b. In the bottom tray click on Uninstall. c. Now hover the mouse pointer to the upper right corner and click on “Search” d. Select “Store” and in the search bar type People, now try installing the People app. Hope this information is helpful and do let us know if you need further assistance. We will be glad to assist.

Vielen Dank! Methode 1 funktioniert nicht für mich, Methode 2 ist in Ordnung. Wenn ich jedoch die People-App erneut installiere, hat sie alle Verknüpfungen verloren. Nun erlaubt es mir nicht, die Leute erneut zu verknüpfen Tu Tran vor 11 Jahren 0

Windows 8 should be doing a better job of automatically linking these contacts.

I wonder whether it is struggling with the character set. I also notice from your screenshot that you are linked with Facebook, Skype and Twitter as well as Outlook.com which would explain why you are ending up with 4 dupes.

However, you could try linking contacts automatically. Click through to a contact and right click to bring up the bar at the bottom of the screen and then select 'link'.
