Revit 2015 wird langsam von einem Benutzer auf der Workstation geladen

Ich bin wirklich neu bei der Fehlerbehebung von Revit und habe gehofft, dass mir jemand helfen könnte, herauszufinden, warum Revit so lange braucht, um zu öffnen.

Problem und Prüfung:

Benutzer A öffnet Revit 2014 oder 2015 auf dem PC. Das Öffnen dauert etwa 21 Minuten. Benutzer B öffnet Rebit 2014 oder 2014 auf dem PC. Das Öffnen dauert etwa 1 Minute.

Ich habe unten die Journaldatei angehängt, aus der hervorgeht, wo die Zeitverzögerung für Benutzer A auftritt. Ich entschuldige mich für alle Informationen, weiß aber nicht, was erforderlich ist.
