Einrichten des Ordners ~ sites auf Apache (Mac 12.10

Ich bin ein absoluter Neuling mit Apache, PHP und MySql. Ich versuche PHPmyAdmin einzurichten, habe aber Probleme.
Ich folge dieser Anleitung .
Ich habe schon stundenlang nach Foren gegoogelt und versucht, eine Lösung zu finden, aber egal was ich tue, ich kann es immer noch nicht schaffen.

Ich konnte Apache starten.
Ich gehe zu localhost und bekomme "It Works!"

Ich habe einen neuen Benutzer in erstellt /etc/apache2/users.conf.

Ich habe meine httpd.confDatei bearbeitet und die entsprechenden Zeilen wie in der Anleitung beschrieben (userdir usw.) dekommentiert.

Ich habe auch das editiert httpd-userdir.confund das Include unkommentiert /private/etc/apache2/users/*.conf.

Nachdem ich Apache neu gestartet habe, localuser/~sagt mir mein :
Die angeforderte URL /~wurde auf diesem Server nicht gefunden.

Ich habe meine httpd.conf-Datei kopiert und eingefügt. Kann mir jemand sagen, was falsch daran ist?
