Downpour-Bittorrent-Client installieren

Ich versuche, Downpour ( http://jongsma.org/downpour/#install ) auf meinem neuen Macbook Pro zu installieren . Ich führe den Befehl "pip install Downpour" aus, erhalte aber die Fehlermeldung:

Dann versuche ich, Twisted von selbst zu installieren, indem ich den Befehl " pip install Twisted" ausführe, aber ich erhalte die folgende Fehlermeldung:
