Ist es möglich, das resultierende iPhone-kompatible Video mit einer minimalen Verzögerung (etwa 2 Minuten) so auf das iPhone zu streamen?

Ich habe andere Fragen zum Verschlüsseln von iPhone-kompatiblen Videos gesehen, aber sie behandeln die Streaming-Videoquelle und das Potenzial der Streaming-Ausgabe, die mich interessieren, nicht ganz.
