Ich habe versucht, die Dienste zu beenden und den Ordner "SoftwareDistribution" umzubenennen, aber das hat auch nicht geholfen.

Ich habe die Lieferoptimierung auf Einfach gesetzt (99).

Ich konnte den Versuch beenden, mit dieser GPO-Einstellung eine Verbindung zum Internet herzustellen:
