Windows-Funktionen können Hyper-V nicht aktivieren - Fehler 0x80070057

Daher kann ich die Hyper-V-Plattform nicht aktivieren. Ich könnte jedoch die Hyper-V-Verwaltungstools aktivieren. Ich erhalte die folgende Meldung unter Windows-Funktionen.

Windows konnte die angeforderten Änderungen nicht abschließen.

Der Parameter ist falsch.

VT-x ist im BIOS aktiviert, VT-d ist deaktiviert.
