1. boot in rescue mode. 2. chroot /mnt/sysimage #(or where your filesystem is mounted by default, depens on distro) 3. mount -o remount,rw / #(remount your filesystem as Read-Write) 4. restore the correct permission for /usr/local/bin 5. exit # to exit the chroot 6. exit # to reboot
