ssh funktioniert, aber nicht scp und sftp, auf bionic

Ich habe ein Upgrade von Xenial auf Bionic durchgeführt, und jetzt funktionieren Scp und Sftp nicht mehr. ssh funktioniert. Wenn ich versuche, Dateien von einem anderen Rechner auf den Bionic-Rechner zu übertragen, erhalte ich die Meldung:

lost connection 

Ich füge die ausführliche Ausgabe beider Sitzungen bei.

Wie kann ich scp und sftp wieder zum Laufen bringen?
