Ich bekomme das immer wieder, wenn ich es tue sudo apt-get update. Was könnte es verursachen?

Ich habe auch Probleme, Skype für kubuntu 13.10 zu finden, da ich es nirgends finden kann. oder ist es nicht verfügbar?
