AUXtex zeigt in EMACS keine Vorschau an

Ich habe gerade AUXtex installiert und folge den Anweisungen im Handbuch sehr sorgfältig. Wenn ich jedoch die Vorschau ausprobierte, wurde ein Fehlersymbol anstelle des Vorschaubildes der Gleichung angezeigt. Was muss ich tun, um das Problem zu beheben?

Ich verwende: Emacs 23 Ghostscript 9.01 texlive ubuntu 11

Ah - ich musste auctex aus cvs zusammenstellen. Aus irgendeinem Grund funktioniert die Vorschau am 11.04 nicht von den stabilen .tar.gz-Seiten der Website. Viel Spaß beim Bearbeiten.

Wie kompiliert man auctex aus cvs? Lade ich es von cvs herunter und kompiliere es? Welchen Befehl sollte ich verwenden? Mark vor 12 Jahren 0
